We investigate the molecular structure and biophysical properties of human proteins.
Abstractly, the overall goal of our research is to understand how proteins do what they do.
In practice, we study a number of biomedically important protein systems, which are detailed separately. Currently, a primary focus involves the molecular interactions responsible for control and modulation of cytokine-receptor recognition and activation.
